Saffron
A classic little cardigan that never goes out of style. My execution excluded the embroidery and included a wee bead in the
middle of each motif.

The knitting was easy, until I got to the second sleeve, then I was stalled. The finishing was a slog.
Project Notes
1. Love the charts, I should had amended the pattern ever so slightly to avoid having to bead on the reverse side.
2. I used the grosgrain to strengthen the buttonbands.
3. Love the details, like the picot edge and teeny, tiny buttonholes
4. It's a boxy design, so you might not want to further reduce some of the ease in the waist a bit more to avoid the slight flair.

5. I lengthen the body by an inch or so. It was really short in the original garment, but I think a couple of more inches
might had been needed to avoid midriff display in hipsters.
6. Take care as the sleeves are bracelet length. You might want to add a repeat if you want full length sleeves. (and
don't forget if you plan to lengthen the body and the sleeves, you'll need 1 or 2 more balls of yarn)
7. and one more thing, 4 ply cotton wrinkles easily as you can obviously see
Here's the artistic pose...as artistic as I can with a sweater
