Diagonal Rib Sock

A gorgeous freebie from Knitting Daily. This pattern is quick to memorise, but a bit slow to execute. The ribbing is elegant and suitable for men and women. It's not as stretchy as a normal rib, so you may have to upside the needles or change the repeat slightly to get this to work with larger sizes.

Project Notes

1. I love the softness, crispness and stitch definition from this yarn. Pity that with light colours, tension irregularities are so apparent. These are getting a wash and block before I send them out.





2. If I had to change one thing, I would probably add a ribbed cuff. The top just looks a bit unfinished to me.
