52 Pair Plunge #19

Voila, the 19th pair for the 52 Pair Plunge. Would you believe that I'm still knitting socks? Well, I am but that's because there's so much happening at Chez ATU.

The pattern is my own and the yarn is Ripples Craft.

I've signed up for SolidSocks Knit-along, and September is Orange Month... as you can imagine, that's a challenge for me!

I dunno Polly. Based on your usual sock yarn choices your knitting with orange yarn may well signal the coming of the Apocalypse :)

I really must get more involved in sock knitalongs, subscribing to a sock yarn club is about as far as Ive got!

Nice socks & I am sure you will be able to achieve the 52 pairs challenge. Ornage will be a problem for me as it's a color that avilable in my stash.

very cute! and orange is a nice & happy colour :-)

Good luck with the orange. It's not really so bad. You could use an apricot colour which is just a tint of orange or is that horrible too?

Nice pattern! I've signed up for the Solid Socks KAL, too. I've gone with a nice burnt orange color as opposed to a bright orange :-)

Well done on pair #19. I've started my (bright) orange socks. I've even picked out a lot of solids for the coming months!

I think the socks look great. And I would struggle with orange too - not a colour that appears much in my stash or wardrobe.
